The quality of this accounting firm has definitely gone downhill since I began doing my taxes with them about 10 years ago. My first name was constantly spelled incorrectly on correspondence. Address was not updated even though I provided proper identification. I had to catch a glaring mistake which was a deduction for a traditional IRA even though I informed that it was a Roth. I paid $400 for this low quality service. Based on this I will probably be preparing my own taxes next year.

Lady at the front desk basically brushed me off as poor… she quoted me $300 and I mentioned that another H&R Block quoted me $150. So she told me to go there instead
