I had to build out a whole sound kit from scratch. They were all enormously helpful. I learned quite a lot, since I’m starting from square one with sound. TJ in particular was excellent and really took the time with me. Went above and beyond, reached out later to check in about how gear is. Pretty certain you would only get that kind of care/attention at Gotham Sound. Thank you, TJ!

This is by far the best company I've ever dealt with when it comes to audio rentals. They are incredibly competent and extremely reasonable with their pricing. Recently I placed an order for the rental. When I received it, they accidentally sent me the wrong clip-ons for the lav mics (which was no big deal honestly). I called them up, and they overnighted me the correct ones the next morning! I was so happy to have received them. They literally go above and beyond the call of duty! I would recommend them to everyone.

We were making a pretty big purchase of new location gear wanting to upgrade our quality and had several questions. Gotham was super helpful in giving us advice and tips on how to get the best deal as well as answering questions about each piece of gears compatibility, reputation and difficulty operating . They were always in touch throughout the order and delivery process.As everyone knows we are currently (December 2021) in a global supply chain issue. Gotham sent us emails letting us know estimated delivery of backordered equipment and in fact, we were able to rent some of the gear at a great rate which means that we are able to work and still make a profit. Ordering gear is always a bit stressful but Gotham made it a super smooth process for us!
