Excellent team, excellent customer service, and excellent quality of repair. In the past I have often found shops are fine with releasing less than perfect repairs just to keep cars moving through. That is not the case with Gotham.The team did a great, and thorough, job of not only fixing the damage done by an NYC Sanitation truck but also the subtle work of color matching and blending the panels. When I picked up the car it felt brand new, both inside and out.I could not recommend them enough.

I was a little hesitant as I would normally be for any repair shop, especially one around Manhattan but was pleasantly surprised with the entire process including communication on status updates for the repair. Very nice shop and operation!

Staff are polite, professional, and very communicative. Not only did my car repairs look seamless, they cleaned every inch of my car, inside and out. I bought it used and have never seen it so clean! I have already told a family member to schedule their car repair at Gotham ??

Gotham City Collision was nothing less than outstanding with all services. The communication was excellent, the worked performed was exceptional and the time frame was spot on. Rob was extremely knowledgeable and an absolute professional at his job!

Customer Service was great throughout the process and repairs look fine (will check in again in a month to see if they hold up).However the one very annoying problem is when I opened my truck a few days later, there was a puddle of water (very lazy bad washing job of my trunk liner). In additional, they moved all my stuff into a white garbage bag (expected). However the bag had a ton of water in it so all my stuff was soaked and sitting in water! Running my car seat covers and windshield.

Been to Gotham city 3 times now, once for my wife’s car(Audi Q3) and twice for my car(Tesla Model 3). Gotham City does excellent work and their customer service and communication is top notch. Wouldn’t take my cars any where else!

My father has been a mechanic operating his own business longer than I've been alive and I've been to many body shops over the years. I grew up in garages and let me be the first to tell you that Gotham is a WORLD CLASS operation. I'm immensely impressed and couldn't be happier with the work they've done to my car that was rear ended by a drunk driver.They are extremely detailed but most importantly HONEST with their assessments. I wanted some extra work done, but told me it wasn't necessary or worth the time rather than just take my money that I was WILLING to spend, this is a HARD find.Go to this place with full confidence, they have a customer for life in me.

Had to have some body work done on my Tesla Model 3. Took it to Gotham City Collision and they did an amazing job!10/10, I highly recommend. Customer service is exceptional and pricing is very good as well.
