Been coming here for nearly 2 years. I’ve spent thousands between, dry-cleaning, wash and alterations. Not once, not once, have I ever complained about the work because it was almost always fine. The first time I came to the owner with an issue of some shirts returning in poor condition, I asked what he could do to rectify the situation. Immediately he denied any possibility of it being at his fault and accused me of lying. Needless to say, me, my family and every single person I know in Astoria will be encouraged to go elsewhere. Average dry cleaner with below average customer service and above average prices. What a joke.

They're located in LIC, crescent street. North of queens plaza. Unhappy old men, smokers. And unhappy. They don't take puff jackets? They say send it to Louis Vuitton . Say what? Did I mention they smoke outside their establishment?

Gave them a coat to stitch up a hole near the pocket. They fixed the hole but also sealed my right pocket. Could only use my left pocket after pick up.Service: Clothing alterations & repairs

after 10yrs of doing business with crescent cleaners there refused to do alteration on a sweater jacket that just needed a new zipper unless he got paid 1st. He tried telling my child it was company policy. I asked since when yesterday because in October my child got 3 pants altered for her school uniform and I paid at time of pick up as I always have done for the passed 10+ yrs I said for being in our community as long as you have been it sad that you pick n choose who you give quality service too..smfh I told her to go somewhere esle but she is a child with special needs and only deals with things of habit forming n route but best believe I will be finding another dry cleaners that value their customers more then the green dollar.Community beware

I had a very pleasant experience. I needed a couple things dry cleaned, all of them were expensive and vintage. I decided to ignore the reviews and give this place a try anyway. I got my clothes back clean and in perfect condition. Will definitely go back! Thank you crescent cleaners :)
