Horrible service by a guy named Harold that messed up my order. Ten people passed by order before me even though my oder number comes first. Still got the nerve to increase his voice when asking why he messed up my order. Costco management should train their food handler staff properly. Unacceptable! Never again will come back to this place!!!!

Not the best pizza ever, and not even NY style pizza in my personal definition cause of its rather thick dough. I personally believe NY style pizza should have thin and yet chewy dough. However it’s still delicious. Cheese, sauce, dough, none of it is really missing anything in terms of flavor. And how filling it is at $2ish slice seems amazingly efficient, especially in 2024. 5 stars cause I’d like to have it again whenever I get a chance.
In terms of pizza style, the bread is thick, so it can be seen as closer to the pizzas sold in Korea. New York pizzas tend to have thinner dough. There's nothing special about it in terms of taste, and one huge slice only costs about $2, so considering the cost-effectiveness, I think it's a pretty good, delicious pizza.

The pizza is good, my children love it...the only bad thing is that the staff is very slow...and there are also very few of them, for so many people who buy, they have to be supervising the staff, they have a very bad mood ?

This place is always packed, there is only one cashier working at a time so the line becomes unbearable. The cashier that is left to fend for himself ultimately starts also giving an attitude to everyone, it's an overall horrible place. I'd avoid it.

The food court was a place where you could eat well, cheaply and quietly. I say was, because unfortunately for some time now, with the arrival of people taken to LIC hotels, you can no longer be calm. These people don't know how to behave. They shout and listen to loud music.
