Just a tremendous copier service. There wasn't a single time when my machines were down that they didn't come through quickly to get my machines up and running. Owner and staff are always accessible and ready to help. Excellent supplier of toner and parts as well.

We called Copysite Business on Tues Oct 11th and spoke to Steve where he was able to schedule us for the next day. A technician by the name of "J" arrived, was very knowledgeable, and fixed our issue with our printer ASAP! He also looked at our other printers to run maintenance free of charge. Thank you so much for your fast service and professionalism. It is rare to find such a good business that is fast in service & dependable! Definitely be back & recommend!

I do not agree how they do business. I had contract with them to maintain my copier which I got from them. The printer started giving us error and we made a service call. They tech came and did something and billed us for that maintenance. When I called Steve and asked about it, he created a term and said it is not in the contract. But the contract clearly says they are in charge of all maintenance for free. I am not happy about it. And the Walter B is one of their technician who left 5 star review.

We bought a reconditioned copier from Copysite over 7 years ago. Having been in the copier business, I liked dealing with Steve as he seemed to know his stuff. This machine has been a workhorse for us, almost a million copies so far. Very few problems aside from replacing the drum and a few other parts over the years. Their service comes promptly. Their prices for equipment (we just bought a Brother printer/fax/scanner from them) and supplies (copy paper and toner, etc.) are very competitive. I so much like dealing with real, local people rather than a Staples or on line supplier. I highly recommend Copysite.

If any body was to look for a decent printer repair shop, this is NOT the one to look for. A while back my printer had a simple paper jam. Other than this problem my printer was working fine, the color and the printing. I took it there for a simple repair and it ended up a nightmare. They held my printer captive for a couple of months. They fixed the jam, but they some how zapped my circuit board inside the printer and now it does not print color. They asked me for $250 to replace the board that they destroyed. I tell you from experience. Think twice, three times or more before you contact this place. I'm giving them only1 star, but technically they don't even deserve one!
