I originally left a 2 star review due to poor customer service; however, management has since taken necessary action to improve the customer service of their staff. My husband and I just had a delightful experience at Blue Streak and I couldn't be more excited to give them 5 stars! I was impressed because as soon as we walked in, the gentleman behind the counter greeted us and when I asked for help regarding a specific wine, he knew exactly where to find the wines and gave me a wealth of information for each bottle I was deliberating between. Thanks for making your bespoke wine a shop a pleasure to shop at again!

Well we just had the best and most unexpectedly friendly visit to this “liquor store”. Walked in just to scope it out and stayed for an hour talking to the above-and-beyond Kemanie who’s a gem! Thanks for the friendliness and the superb recommendations! We walked out with a couple really fun bottles that I cannot wait to share with my friends! 100% recommend this shop, even above Astor!

Went to Blue Streak looking for a wine to gift. As someone who knows nothing about wine, Cameron was my lifesaver! He took his time helping me look for the perfect gift and was so patient the entire time. Will definitely be coming back again!

I’ve been shopping at Blue Streak and with Rob for years, at least since before Covid. He and his staff are professional, responsive, and know their stuff. Rob manages to pull in some of the best single barrel selections in NYC (and NYS, despite the challenges faced for single barrels in our state).
Blue Streak is also one of the few places you have the chance for allocated bottles at fair prices or even MSRP if you get into their lottery. They don’t have a whiskey museum, they sell to customers like a store should. I trust Rob and I trust Blue Streak.
And for those who are submitting one star reviews because they got carded when they’re supposed to get carded, go troll somewhere else. This store is top notch.

Great selection with great prices. Rob (the owner) has thoughtful suggestions and always has a few bottles open that are available to sample.

Great store with a great staff. Prices on allocated items are very fair, especially for the NY area. Staff is easy to communicate with and quick to respond to emails. Highly recommend stopping by and also checking out the bar next door. Never had any issues when ordering from or stopping by.

All my experiences with Blue Streak have been great. The staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable of the products they sell.
This is one of the only shops that I’ve been to that has fair prices and doesn’t inflate their prices on hard to find items.

Blue Streak is my local liquor store. I've been shopping there for probably 5 years. They have incredible selections of both Bourbon and Tequila, and do a pretty decent job with everything else on the shelves.
It's a small shop, but they punch WAAAY above their weight.
Everyone I've ever dealt with has been courteous, kind, and knowledgable. The level of service, size of the store, and curated stock list would make me think I would be paying higher prices. But everything is priced VERY competitively.
I'm not sure I could ask for anything more from a small business.

I have been coming here for years. Great selection of bourbon and tequila and the owner is a great guy. Offers locals and customers a fair shot at allocated bottles and does a lot of barrel picks which I think is awesome. Pricing is also great. Going to continue to support

It simply doesn't get better than Blue Streak. There are several stores closer to my apartment, but I choose to shop here instead. Considering the relatively smaller size of the store, they have a wonderful selection and are very knowledgeable about their inventory. The staff are great, and the owner, Rob, is a heck of a nice guy. Can't say enough good things about this place!

They hired a racist employee recently. I been here many times before, I used to see this store as a neighborhood liquor with good selection of whisky and good price. The whole feeling was ruined by an Asian staff in the most recent 2 visits. Myself is an Asian, and I can tell how differently that staff treat Asian customer and other customers. He been watching soccer game and ignoring your questions whiling checking out. I am disappointed at the rude attitude and the different service.
