My camera flash was stuck and I got quoted $200 to get it fixed in city. When I went to geeksquad at Best Buy the tech resolved my cameras issue and fixed it for free on the spot. So glad I went in to Best Buy. I saved $200

DANGER FIRE HAZARD
I booght this Lasko electric heater which I was told was safe for apartment it is not it causes power surges that create fires it is very dangerous anyone who bought this product please be aware if you sold it to anyone else please make them aware before someone is hurt or killed.

Do not shop at Best Buy they tell they're customers a product is safe when it is dangerous and take no responsibility what happens to you or your family.

Excellent service! Today I had an urgent need and needed to purchase a product quickly that I had ordered online but had to cancel. They helped me sort it out. From the sales associates down to the manager they were extremely helpful and I was in and out of the store within 10 minutes. It’s an item I’ve been waiting on for a couple of months so I’m so grateful that they helped me!

This is the worst Bestbuy location you can ever go to. They are very dishonest and offer very poor customer service. I purchased an open box soundbar system which was listed as excellent condition. (Bestbuy website specifically mentioned that the item has all the original packaging and accessories). I drove 2 hours in traffic from Long Island to get to this location for pickup and they gave me an item which was damaged, missing rear speakers, cables and remote. I spoke to the customer service personnel and they did absolutely nothing about it. I was told my only option was to return it in the store and get the refund which I did. If they listed the item properly, I wouldn’t have gone there at first place. What a waste of my time and money. Spoiled my whole day for nothing. Whoever reading my review please stay away from this location at any cost.
