went with a friend to allstate antiques in long island city to check out the goods and place is really cool with stuff that belongs in a mansion in the country side of england. place is organized with many pieces on displayed in plain sight. i really liked the wall clock and french vase but where am i going to put them and my sorry clumsy ass will probably drop them both . while i am browsing around all the cool old stuff , my cuz picked up the vase i fancy and a small victorian era painting. prices are not that bad and gentleman helping us were knowledgeable about what he was sellling. no knock off made in china crap, this is the real deal and allstate antiques has plenty of unique interesting stuff.

Great selection, family-owned, very friendly owner. What's not to like? Highly recommended if you're in a search for some fine arts/antiques.
