they give no details of a damaged package with items that are impossible to damage because their old boxes of food there is no glass or plastic in my packages everything went through up until 2:32 p.m. then they write that there was damaged and they would try to redeliver I call UPS and they said now they sent it back to Amazon and I have to wait until they contact Amazon for them to let them know what was damaged when I already called Amazon and Amazon told me to call them so they're sending me in circles UPS is not reliable
