No public restroom, they have restroom but they are not giving access to the public like other 7 Eleven

I went in to get something and needed help I asked the person working there for help and he told me no he can not help me then proceeded to ask like he did not understand what I was asking for . Customer service 0/10

Very unprofessional employee…very rude…after long day of drive to buy a cup of coffee and the cashier said i don’t have change for 10$….Avoid this 7-11??
