I turned on my AC for the first time this year and was getting nothing but room temperature air. I assumed it was an old filter that needed to be replaced, which I can’t even accomplish myself. So, I decided to give The Lucky Duct a shot since I heard such good things throughout town. Chris Jones came and he was a total professional - prompt and courteous. He changed my filter and vacuumed my ducts. Unfortunately, this didn’t fix my problem. Even though it was beyond the scope of his business, Chris began assessing my whole system and ultimately came to the conclusion that my issue was a bad capacitor in the condenser unit outside. He was able to refer me to an equally as professional and honest AC tech who fixed my issue. I will continue to use the Lucky Duct each year and would recommend them to anyone in need of their services. Quality, honest service seems to be hard to come by these days, but Chris Jones and The Lucky Duct bring it when needed.Services: HVAC duct & vent cleaning

The Lucky Duct literally saved me thousands of $$$. I had an estimate to clean the ducts from two machines, one in the attic and one in the crawl space. The estimate seemed so high that I started looking for a second opinion and found The Lucky Duct. Chris came by and took a look. He let us know that the upstairs system was in great shape and really not in need of a cleaning.The downstairs system was in worse shape and The Lucky Duct did a great job cleaning the ducts and coils and walking me through how to keep the system cleaner in the future.If you're looking for a company that cares more about giving honest feedback, great results and long term relationships over making a quick buck, do yourself a favor and get an estimate from The Lucky Duct.Service: HVAC duct & vent cleaning
