She took some extra time to explain us the steps, we went through third party “rush passport”. Clerk explained us step by step what we should do and how to do it. “Line moves fast. Isabella, the lady with the unkept hair, and sunken eye bags is rude and dry. Whereas, the woman with long grey hair is quick, kind and straight to the point. I didn’t catch her name it starts with a M, but give her a raise!”

“I come to drop off packages every once in a while and have had good experiences. My packages arrive to the destination around 3 days after drop off so very standard and professional. The post office is small, but the clerks work very fast to accommodate everyone. I haven't had any issues so far. They have been lovely so far.”

“I would rate my experience more than five stars if I could! Based on the reviews, I was nervous and skeptical about my upcoming appointment. But, this passport office location is top tier and the staff is very professional. And, the on-site parking was an added bonus. I was lucky enough to be served by Gerry who was courteous and patient - he remained pleasant even after having to correct the paperwork a few times! The whole experience from beginning to end was exceptional because of him. Their existing operational process and routines to book/manage passport appointments are impressive and on point! It was definitely worth the drive to this location! Thank you again, Gerry!”
“I don’t live in this city, but I called this post office for assistance with a package I’m sending to this city. I didn’t catch the name of the guy who answered the phone, but he was incredibly helpful despite being quite busy. I appreciate that he took the time to help me out with concerns regarding the package while he was busy.”
“This is the 4th time that I go to this place and I always have an amazing experience. The staff are very friendly, especially Ahmani. She's very professional, friendly, kind, knowledgeable and helpful. I got my passport here and she was very helpful. All the time I go here I wait for her to assist me, even if I have to wait 3 minutes for her to finish helping the other person. I know that I can count with her. She should be a manager because she does a great job like a manager.”
“Kalani ( mature Indian lady) was extremely accommodating. I explained to her that the appointments for students are almost 2 weeks away and that will mean that I will have to pull him out of school. “Post offices generally give me anxiety and I try my best to steer clear of them due to awful past experiences. This time I had no choice as I needed to get my passport renewed and I had to ship out a return. Fortunately for me the staff here (Darvin clerk #38, and Yinney (pronounced Jenny) were actually the friendliest and most helpful post office clerks I have ever met in my life. Darvin even made some jokes that made me laugh and eased my anxiety. What’s more impressive about their amazing customer service is that there were only 2 people doing everything. It was obvious they were understaffed but that didn’t stop them from being nice to literally everyone. I see the post office has improved and I’m glad they hired these two really great people!”

“I've consistently had great service at the RVC USPS office. The window team is friendly & knowledge about packaging & postal fees. The lobby is clean, air conditioned & well stocked with USPS forms, envelopes & boxes. It also has a self-service kiosk. This is one of my favorite post offices in Nassau County. Thanks! :)”
“Came here to renew my passport as this was the only place that had appointments available. Made an appointment for 2pm and I arrived at 1:57 and was taken care of right away.I walked out the door at 2:15 and everything went smoothly! Staff was super friendly and helpful, no complaints at all. 5/5 stars!Parking wasn't so bad as I went during a weekday afternoon, but I can see how it can get bad on a prime time weekend day.Hope I get my passport soon!”
“The online appointment for passport application was at 10 a.m., and we were asked to arrive at least 15 minutes in advance. We arrived at 9:40, but the staff at the window said that the person applying for the passport would not arrive until 10:30. Since we made an appointment, why not be punctual? The mailbox of this store is good, very clean, the service attitude of the staff is also very good, and the parking is very convenient.”

The agents at the branch were extremely helpful and called me on multiple occasions to explain what had happened. They went out of their way to help me file a claim. Very professional!”

“I used to hate going to this post office and so I went to neighboring smaller locations. Over the past few years it’s become a pleasure. I’m there pretty often and everyone who works there is very nice and efficient. The lines are long on Saturdays so I try to avoid that. They’ve stepped up their team or training.”
