David Kasner is not only the absolute best landlord but he is a great friend. He is a great communicator and is very attentive in always making sure everything is taken care of when it comes to my apartment. He is constantly looking to help us out in any way he can, and always looking for new ways to renovate/ keep the apartment looking great! I have nothing but great things to say about him, and I have only heard great things about him from other people. I wish I could rent a property from him for life!

Went out of his way to make sure the occupants of the rental were miserable and constant harassment of neighbors. David managed to make life a living hell for the tenants . Habitual liar, if you want to live somewhere without being subject to harassment,lies,disrespect, and normal interaction with an adult do not deal with him .Videos of tenants throwing packages and kicking them anywhere they chose is acceptable to David.David is the worst landlord and has no sense of morals ,He does not respect your privacy , he will let service people show up while you are showering with no phone call to let you know a stranger will be at your home as you exit your bathroom.Stay far away from this mess of a realtor/landlord

Would not recommend this realtorDavid Kasner to my worst enemy he is a liar, bully, glib and doesn't follow through on any promises. Plain and simple he should not be allowed to be a landlord or realtor. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else!!!!!!!!!! 0 stars. Have videos of a federal 3rd degree offense he let go and saved texts and alot more on this underhanded liar of a realtor.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! , easy process and got us approved quickly. A very professional and helpful team. I would recommend working with David over any realtor in the NY area!! Made the moving process a breeze which is hard to do in New York !

David was delightful and patient as he assisted myself and my husband in finding a co-op. It was our first purchase and we did not even know where to begin, but with David's knowledge and expertise, he made the whole experience stress-free and pleasant. I know that we were not easy customers, as we had David taking us out in the snow and rain and we found flaws with almost everything that we viewed, but David did not give up...,, He patiently kept taking us out to view Co-Op's until we found the perfect one for us. As soon as we began the purchase process, he explained every detail thoroughly, making us feel extremely comfortable. We will be using David again when we decide to upgrade to a larger home to expand our family. I refer David to all my family and friends any chance that I get, to help them have a smooth, enjoyable experience, just as we did! Thank you so much David for all your dedicated, hard work and patience!!
