Golden era is one of the best nutrition spots that you will find on Long Island. The staff is very educated on the supplements and they have traditional body building meals like chicken and rice, chicken and veggies, steak and rice and so many other options for you to have right after your workout or even throughout the day. it’s comforting to have a great nutrition store near me that’s B.S free. Very calm and relaxed environment right near the beach for you to enjoy a nice lunch. The owner + staff are all very humble and kind people who definitely care about your health and aren’t just trying to sell you nonsense. The smoothies are amazing. My favorite is the pbnj. Great place 10/10

Okay so golden era BESTTT high FRESH protein meals around! Steak & rice chicken& Rice quesadillas etc) ! They are fresh every single day & when they sell out better luck tomorrow which I love no stale old food . Ever … Vinny the owner is super friendly & will lead you in the right direction with supplements catering to your physique and goals. (not try to over sell you ) Over all place is a gem they are super loyal to their customers and actually care .

I am new to Long Beach and this has become my new favorite spot for protein shakes! They have a ton of supplements & energy drinks. And if you're lazy like me & don't want to cook healthy foods, the meals are a great plus too. I love the vibe and the great service. This is definitely a place worth trying!
