I've been using Friendly Auto Service for a while now and I'm very impressed with their services and prices. They truly exemplify the meaning of "Friendly". They give you detail information regarding your car and what you need to keep it on the road running smoothly. I recommend their service to everyone in Long Beach, Island Park, Point Lookout, etc.

I’m too embarrassed to admit why I took my daughter’s car to FAAB. But, I was out in < 1 minute! Very grateful for their service and glad my daughter had them replace her brakes months ago. Great people. ?

Was told these are the top guys in Long Beach. I went there Robb the owner came out. Instead of screwing me he said my plugs where not plugged in the poor guy got shocked and he fixed my car!! So happy I went thank you guys

When my car broke down recently, I had it towed to Friendly’s, which was recommended by a few friends. As the name suggests, everyone from the receptionist to the mechanics made me feel welcome, despite not being a regular customer. The guys quickly took a look at my car and although they weren’t able to give me great news made sure I was taken care of. Highly recommend!

An honest, caring auto shop. Highly recommended.
Part 1: My 2010 Infiniti would not turn off, probably due to water in the electrical system. Austin was able to turn the car off, and on, and then off again. We were expecting rain tonight, and he offered to keep the car within the building tonight if I left the care with him; instead, we made an app't for me to drop off the car tomorrow. Will update in Part 2.
Part 2: Austin, Rob and Ivan solved a water leak into my passenger front door which had troubled me for two years. They customized the installation of new sunroof drain plugs, on both driver and passenger sides, to insure the fix was permanent.
2023-0710 My car needed its annual inspection. I spoke with Austin and told him I needed to wait for the car. He put me in at 8 AM today and had me out in 25 minutes. Thank you Friendly !!
2024-0724 5 Stars again. Back for inspection and very well-treated. Had me in and out in 1 1/2 hours as promised. Love these guys.

I have been using friendly auto and body for years to service my different cars. Everyone who works there are professional accommodating and a pleasure to work with. All jobs are done in a timely fashion and I must say much quicker than others that I used in the past. Today we stoped off to have our under carriage fixed anticipating leaving the car and picking up later. 10
Minutes after pulling in job done and no charge. And the best was getting to play with axel pictured below. Friendly’s name is right on the mark. Go right by any other service station and drive right to friendly

Simply the BEST! Great work, honest guys. I needed a small part which NO parts shop had. Rob searched until he found it online, then charged me $20!
I was so impressed and thankful that I bought pizza for the whole shop.

These guys are honest and skilled. Within the last month or so, they serviced my GMC Sierra with some dealer warranty nonsense and also did collision repair on my RAV4. Best experience I’ve had, thankful to have mechanics like this in the area.

I've had the pleasure of working with the owner over the last few months and the level of care, knowledge, and experience that Friendly Auto And Body demonstrates is unparalleled. On one of our colder days this winter a teammates needed some brake work done and when the maintenance was finished the owner drove the car to our business and left the keys at the front desk. He said, "it's too cold for someone to have to walk out there tonight." He then put his gloves on as he left to walk back to the shop himself... Wow. What an exceptional demonstration of care. Highly recommend!

As someone who isn’t car savvy, I’ve always feared being taken advantage of at the mechanic. I’ve had that problem before, but not anymore. I have been taking my and my girlfriend’s cars here for years and have always had a stellar experience.Austin and Rob answer the phone or greet you at the front desk with a smile and a positive attitude. It sure seems like they love what they do. They perform great work and are very fair with pricing. They are also so good about following up and communicating. I’ve had mechanics who you don’t hear from for days or they just do work without your approval and before even agreeing to a price. Not these guys. I always hear from them just a few hours after I’ve dropped off my car; letting me know what’s going on and asking if I want to move forward.They are honest, helpful, and provide service with a smile… and they have a nice little waiting room with a comfy couch, Seinfeld playing and sometimes a cute golden retriever, Kenya! I’ll always bring my car here as long as I live in the area. Highly recommended.

I got a nail in my tire on my way home from work and pulled in 30 minutes until they closed. They happily took me right in and got me in and out in 15 minutes. They truly live up to the name friendly as everyone there was very kind. I’m happy to use them for future car needs
