I have been to several auto repair shops in Long Beach and no great stories to tell about any others but finding Bobby on the West End was a good thing. We stayed with him when he moved to Empire. Bobby is honest and knows his business. This is a tough business too, so if you have realistic expectations and are polite, you will receive great service. They don't do unnecessary work to pad the bill. You get what needs to be fixed on first shot for a fair price. Andy is a nice guy too.
