Amazing atmosphere, flow of class, and great people. The full 60 mins we were moving with a good mix of movements. The class is set up for those that want to push hard or go at their own pace.

Very community driven fitness space. You walk in and feel a part of something good. Classes are challenging in the way you want them to be, with great programming and great coaches.

This place is a great place to do CrossFit, from the coaches to the vibes of the people. Coaches are truly knowledgeable and have a great eye on proper technique. Highly recommend.

This place is great. You really feel comfortable working out here because it's bright, clean, has a wonderful staff and very tech savvy equipment that makes for a good effective workout

This place is great. Lori and Jess are beyond! Both are extremely passionate, always accessible, and most of all encouraging, all of the coaches are. Its seems to be the mantra. Your not treated like another member, you are treated like you are a part of their family. I cant really explain it but its something in between insanity and addictive. Its like eating a plate of really hot buffalo wings and you swear that you cant eat any more and you finish off the plate! That's what its like. Extremely challenging but you go at your own pace and push yourself to do what you can. You leave the workout feeling great. The hardest part is walking through the door, once you get there, everything will fall into place. If it was so easy, everyone would be doing it. Push yourself, take the first step and walk through the door, you wont be sorry.

No matter your skill level, Barrier Island Crossfit will help you get better, feel better, and be better. If you're bored or unchallenged in a stagnant fitness routine, If you took time off and are frustrated that you can't do what you used to do, if you spend more time waiting for weights/machines or worried about what music is in your headphones than you do actually working out....... You need to give Barrier Island Crossfit a look. Whatever your opinions are on CrossFit are likely wrong unless you've walked thru their doors.

The staff is so friendly and helpful! All of my questions are always answered and I never feel lost during my workouts. They keep me motivated and I actually enjoy working out now! You have to check it out for yourself! You'll be hooked after your first session!

Really impressed with my trainer Shana. She listens to my fitness goals and tailors my workouts as needed to meet them. Large space with updated locker rooms and plenty of space for weights/cardio/classes
