“It's not often that you find an auto repair shop that you can trust completely. Thankfully I was lucky enough to go to Silverado over 5 years ago and since that first time I would wouldn't consider going anywhere else, regardless of what I needed. Whatever it is, they go it covered. Bo and his staff are extremely skilled, dependable and most importantly .. HONEST ! I grew up as an auto mechanic, but now that I'm in my 60's, I don't have the same abilities or the knowledge on the cars nowadays. “I cannot thank Gus, the owner of this shop enough. I drove from Boston to Long Beach for a friend’s bridal shower, when my 2020 Jeep started squealing with an hour left in our trip. The next morning, I went to Gus’s shop with a friend to explain my predicament (brakes were more than likely shot and I was hoping to able to make it back to Boston on Sunday.) He met us with a warm and welcoming presence and reassured me that he would be able to take care of the issue in no time (which he did!)
As a 30 year old female, I tend to avoid auto body shops because I am intimidated and have had a few unfriendly encounters, but from the moment we arrived, the owner treated us like family to the point I made a comment that he must have a daughter/child our age (which we later found out he did)
