Love the staff, the drs are very insightful and willing to go the extra mile to make sure my family gets better.Miracles are hard to get, but when you have a fantastic team on your side, it's a Blessing and insightful way to enjoy a medical test ?

They're denying medical care to people that need it. I went to Northwell's GoHealth instead and they gave me a prescription that will last two years, while The Med Station would only give a prescription 1/8th the size. MedStation wants more visits to drive up co-pays instead of providing the best access to medical care.

I'm sorry, but I have been going to the Med Station for about a decade, and I see all these bad reviews which are complete BS! The staff at the front are very! Nice , the doctors are also very! Nice , I have never once had an issue when going there , they have always been polite and easy going . Of course you get the impatient people who feel they should be going before everyone and if the waiting room is empty , they just be playing games in the back and Ignoring patients , that's a load of BS , I have zero tolerance and patience , and a very short fuse, I would NOT be going here for a decade if any of these BS negative reviews were true . Now I do however see a lot of RUDE and NASTY people who can't sit and wait 5mins before bugging out. You are in the wrong docs office , all you negative people need a shrink , NOT a PCP!!! Thanks to the staff for being so polite & kind , that also extends to Dr. Feliciano & Dr. Rhodes, who I have found to be very professional !!!

My mom has been experiencing head dizzy for a month and we tried Claritin and it didn’t work. So we came and visited this place. I put detailed description which includes that my mom has little cough for years. Then the doctor decided to not seen her because she may have Covid. She has fully vaccinated and ran a Covid test a month ago and it was negative. The temperature is normal but the staff just doesn’t accept her unless she runs another Covid test again. I have lived with my mom for a long time and I have no symptoms. If this is how doctor is treating the patients, then I highly recommend do not go to this clinic

I have been very happy with this place as a walk in clinic. I have had Covid nasal swabs here every 14 days for a year. Plus they correctly diagnosed an odd presentation of shingles and got me on the antiviral in time for the shingles to be kept in check. Not always happy with the masking of the staff, masks sliding below their nose seems careless in a pandemic in a busy clinic. But basically happy with them as a urgent care community facility.

Wish a no star review was even possible. Staff is so rude they literally give you the biggest attitude. Was feeling so sick waited 45 minutes past my appointment for a test. Then asked the lady if the doctor will call me she said if we are busy call us in 15 minutes. So that means the doctor won't follow up!l?? Then called back got my results and asked to speak to a doctor. She told me the doctor would call me... well they never called. They have zero regard for people who are truly sick. The lady who answers the phone literally sounds like she is sleeping. I do not recommend going to this place because they truly don't care about their patients. Never have I been to an office where every person is not nice to you.

I am disgusted by The Med Station. First we called to set up an appointment for our immigration physical ( my wife called ) and we were told we didn't need an appointment just come in anytime . That was odd to me so I had asked another family member to call to make sure . They did and we received the same info . I also called later on and again , same info. So today I was able to take off work and take my wife . Meanwhile my mom also woke up with her knee swollen to 2-3 times the normal size so we took her along with us to get her knee checked as she was in tremendous pain and can't walk due to the knee . We arrive and there is not one parking spot . Not one . Things happen but the location of the place isn't the best so there is literally no other place to park . So I wait In the lot as my wife goes in first as I try to pull up close to the door since my mom can't walk . There were other people not able to park so we had to just keep on circling around this odd shaped parking lot . Before we can get close I see my wife walk out . She says "they said the doctor I see is only in on Weds " Why would they tell me to come in anytime when they say the doctor who performs the immigration physical is only in on Weds ? So I call and I ask nicely ( but I'm annoyed ) why I was told to come anytime yet they know the required doctor is only there 1 day a week? The rude woman on the phone says "they should have told you "... so I explain that I had to take an unpaid day off work and we planned this so wouldn't it be a good idea to let all employees know that they can't tell people just to show up anytime when that is completely false info?? The rude woman says "well it wasn't me "... and after that she hung up on me a few moments later . Not even allowing me to finish. I was shocked . I call back and the same woman , who speaks like a complete pig to patients and family , laughs ... yes , laughs at us ( we are seeking medical attention for my moms and wife ) hangs up on me again . So I call again and tell her she is rude and acts like a pig ... because that is exactly how she acted . Luckily there is a Northwell Health Urgent Care about 60 maybe 90 seconds away and they have parking so you don't have to walk 500 yards to make it to the building entrance like The Med Station . Northwell also treated my mom very kindly and nobody laughed at us for having a medical issue and for having been given WRONG info . Go to Northwell and stay far away from this place that thinks your family medical issues are funny. This happened today sept 17 2021 at approx 10:30am so hopefully if someone from Med station actually cares they can discipline this woman who not only insulted my family but did the exact opposite of what true medical professionalism is . Go to Northwell down the road next to 7-11 and Ralph's Italian Ices. You will be treated with care and respect unlike Mes Station who has a pig working who thinks your hardships are fun. Hopefully they listen to the recording of the call. Worst medical experience ever . The funny think is when we went to Northwell there was a woman there who was also a patient and we spoke and she had a very similar experience with Med Station as far as rudeness and had info goes and that is why she was now at Northwell . Don't waste your time unless you are into being treated like complete garbage . Shame on you !!!!!

The front desk staff is so rude. And they seem to be just getting worse. The last thing you want to deal with when you are not feeling good is a miserable person with a terrible attitude. It's just awful.

Emily Zavala (receptionist) violated HIPPA by going around and violating patient information. When the manager was made aware and concrete proof was giving to Ernie feliciano he did nothing. She is still employed there and no action was taken. Iam disgusted by the route they’ve chose to take. And for taking up for an employer who violated a federal law over a patient who was highly affected by this.Glen Cove is such a small community and have limited urgent cares. A patient’s medical records was mishandled and was use for gossip entertainment. I hope this review help bring awareness in the future to other urgent care how important it is to protect your patient’s medical history and privacy.

I should honestly be giving no stars at all but since I don't have that option I'm forced to give one. The receptionists tend to break the HIPAA act By exposing their clients information just for gossip purpose, honestly there is no good reason to ever divulge someone's personal information especially if you have a job like that. extremely unprofessional and against the law. I actually used to come here often, but upon hearing The unprofessionalism & their own staff exposing people's information I said I would no longer be a patient there. The person in charge didn't do much so they probably do this to a lot of their clients, just tryna to save anyone from their information getting exposed because this is a. serious issue. save your time and personal information by going elsewhere, there are plenty of other urgent cares here in Glen Cove that you can choose from & won't expose your information to literally the whole north shore! thank me later :)

Rude staff. Simple questions get answered with angry tones. As I can see form the review I’m not the only one how has had these issues. Dr Feliciano has absolutely no bedside manner and reception staff act as helping you is a bother to them. Stay away, stay far away

Some random person called The Med Station claiming to be my mother’s employer, and the employee who was on the phone with them gave out her COVID results to this person. This person then contacted my mother and my mother’s place of work. If you want a HIPAA violation, go to the med station.

The Med Station is literally responsible for turning my whole life around. I was barely sober when I daughter help. With their understanding of seeing the disease of alcoholism in a medical model and effectively bring me back to health and sobriety. I thank the Lord for the compassionate doctors at the Med Station.

Would give no stars. Dr Feliciano is incompetent, negligent in her diagnoses and unprofessional. Does not care about your wellbeing, just what she can bill your insurance. STAY AWAY
