“I have been going to Raindew for years and they were currently taken over by On Point ( new management - same location) I have to say that my experiences with On Point have been wonderful. I love the former in house Pharmacist Maria who left with the management change but I have been pleasantly surprised by Nick and the present pharmacy staff! My husbands insurance moved to mail order. Not happy to leave Raindew/ On Point. Last week I hade been searching for a medication that my insurance would not cover, had been back ordered most other places and is very expensive!! I was getting the runaround with OptumRx and was at my wits end - so I decided to try Raindew/ On Point. I called and spoke to Nick. He not only knew that he had the medication (available the next day) but was able to locate a coupon and got me a significant discount! “This King Kullen has been a staple in the Bethpage area for many, many years. Since this is a neighborhood store, It's a bit smaller than what you may be used to in other locations. They may not carry some of your preferred brands or those uncommon items you need on a whim- However, what they do possess in place of lacking areas, they fill that void in just about every other way. Their staff is kind, courteous, and knowledgeable enough to answer any questions you might have. They can point you towards the correct aisle for that product you couldn't find and will even drop whatever they are doing to help you if needed. These are the types of qualities I look for when going to a new store because they suggest that their workers take pride in their work. I'd be way, way more inclined to return rather than be an unappreciated customer at other stores that have robots (yes robots on wheels) follow you on camera to make sure you aren't stealing; then have to do self-checkout. Stay local!!!!.As for The Pharmacy, the employees here that helped me are some of the best I've had the pleasure of dealing with. Not only are they extremely kind (unlike those at CVS who always seem to act like you're a burden rather than a customer/patient) but they genuinely seem to care about you and your health. From my experience, they are always willing to work with you and FOR you to make sure you are receiving what's best for you. Whether that's dealing with insurance companies on your behalf, working with your Doctor, or finding you the best price for your medication. I would ?????? recommend trying them out if you are looking for a new pharmacy.”
“This stop and shop has the most helpful staff! Every time I come here and check out this one cashier lets me know if there is a sale / promotion on something that comes with free items. One time I bought a pot roast and didn’t know they had a sale that included free potatoes, carrots, tomato sauce, loaf of bread, and stew mix. The lady told me and I got all 5 items for free.”

“I am well aware of the shortcomings of dealing with the various prices of pharmaceuticals; my prescription plan has proven to be of little value to me as I have often found pricing without insurance to be cheaper. I was directed to the Orphan Pharmacy, Syosset to fill prescriptions for very high priced ophthalmic medications. I was not only pleased to find that the pharmacy could apply special coupons which radically reduced the price, but only found the staff to be very available and accommodating. Ramon made himself readily available to me, and we had a few conversations regarding his services. They offered free shipping, however, I preferred to stop in for pickup. I am a returning customer and they have earned a 5 star rating.”
