Karen is the most unpleasant, unprofessional person i have ever dealt with. Had an awful attitude from the start of the conversation. I dont know how they have a person like that as manager of an office. They have new representatives that have no idea what they talking about. I asked questions about my policy and i was told something different by each one. Unreliable office. They seem all sunshine and rainbows when they get you started with a policy but then its miscommunication and incorrect information given.

I spoke with Zach on switching over all my policies. He was Wonderful! So patient, kind and informative. He was one of the reasons we switched to State Farm besides the lower rates!

Karen called me after I inquired online. She was warm, friendly and right to the point. She helped and assisted me through the quoting process. It was short and painless and she was extremely helpful. I truly thought this was going to take forever but it didn't and thankfully so!! Call this agency to resolve your insurance needs.

If you're looking for an insurance agent that is honest and cares about you, then this is the place. Marisa's staff have all been so helpful and Karen has made handling my policy so easy. From getting a new car to insuring my engagement ring, Karen has helped my fiancé and I feel good about our insurance and know that we will be taken care of if anything happens.

Incredible people to work with! Extremely accommodating. They were able to significantly DECREASE my car and renters insurance from the previous company I was using. No hassles whatsoever. Great office. highly recommended!
