Due to a series of unfortunate events, we had to purchase 2 vehicles within 4 months. Our first vehicle was a 2023 Nissan Altima that we purchased from Mackenzie. She was such a pleasure to work with that I contacted her again when that car was totaled by a drunk driver (nobody was injured!). She was on maternity leave, but still responded immediately. She connected us with John “Coach,” who was also great to work with! We purchased a 2023 Nissan Rogue and we love it!! They both worked really hard to get us into a vehicle with the features that we were looking for, at a price we were comfortable with. You can’t go wrong with “Coach” or MacKenzie.

Took my car in for a tmps sensor. Already knew I needed 4 new ones(previous mechanic just told me) but they still attempted to charge me $180 for telling me the same thing 30 minutes later.
I have a platinum service plan, sensors are covered no questions. Whatever they did they got the claim declined and then wanted to charge me $800 to fix it. There is a reason why people say never bring your car to the dealer ship for anything
This place is no different if not worse

Our dealer was the same one we had 3 years ago because I love her. She is the only one who truly works her butt off to help us out. When our lease is up again in three years, we plan on keeping it. She should get a huge raise! We only go to Marie Tabarnowski. Thank you and on a rating of 1- 10. She is an 11. From Paula & Tom Rehwaldt.

Actually any of the West Herr locations are great. they are all experts in their fields. Joseph and the folks at West Herr Nissan are fabulous to work with and are very pro-active for you, your vehicle and your safety. Good folks. I recommend them ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
