I had an appointment to have my oil changed. As soon as I pulled in I was greeted by Paul, who was very attentive and listened to my concerns about my vehicle. He explained to me the recommendations but did not pressure me into spending more than I wanted. I found this to be a good quality in him. Thank you Paul for your great service. The salesman, who was recommended by my relative who is employed at a different West Herr store, did an excellent job. He was personable yet professional and was pleasant to work with. With each visit, I grow more fond of West Herr Honda! Very happy I chose this location for my vehicle purchase.
The staff is prompt, courteous, helpful and always very professional! Jennifer and the staff I encountered during my visit were amazing despite some technical difficulties the dealership was dealing with that day. Highly recommend making WHH the place for your next vehicle purchase.
