I was treated HORRIBLY by a manager at this location. I was essentially LECTURED like a 2 yr old for getting too many cuts of wood after they agreed to do them and said "you know you have to PAY for all tjose cuts correct?" I said yesI knew that. Scott then said very rudely "This is a ONE time thing and we will never do this for you again" - THEN proceeded to go count the wood. I said how many pieces there were...he would not look at me and then told the very nice new employe

Special ordered a window for my bathroom. It took 3 weeks to come in. the inner and outer locks don't line up, and the screen is ripped! The contractor pulled my old window out so I had no choice but to put in the defective window. My contractor moved the lock over and put puddy in the now hole in my brand new window. Tomorrow I'll have to get Home Depot to repair the screen and I already expect there to be a problem!

I just returned from the Lockport, NY store where I counted no less than 8 people not wearing protective masks. When I inquired of a store employee about this I was told that the management felt they had no authority to require masks. That is absolutely untrue. If they cannot take steps to protect their customers, I will no longer shop there. Plus I will report them to the Niagara County Health Dept. and the Governor's Office.

Ha. Went to Home Depot to buy the Ring Video Doorbell 2. It’s on sale, normally it’s $200 Go up to the register and the girls like oh the 199.99 one? We’re like yeah- but it’s on sale on your website. She’s like well it’s not on sale here. I’m like so you’re telling me- I can stand right here and buy it on my phone- and pick it up RIGHT HERE- for the sale price? Isn’t that a little stupid? She’s like it is. I’m like can you call your manager out? She gets on the phone and comes back and scans it- says it’s $199.99. I’m like uh huh and where’s the manager we asked for? She then slams it on the counter and changes the price to the sale price. So helpful hint- when you go to Home Depot check the online prices first because in store they like to gouge.

DO NOT buy appliances from home depot they delivered damaged appliances for me at an apartement while i was in the hospital and refuse to replace them.

I bought a John Deere zero turn back in May and part of the deal was I woul receive 200 dollar gift card. I have made countless attempts to store manager and still no gift cards Lowes is looking better for my interest.

This is by far one of the worst and most appalling retail experiences I have ever had. Last night I went to pick up the very last items needed to complete finishing our basement. At the register my husband my asked if they still have a discount for military members, Chey asked for his ID. When she saw that it had expired she told him sorry your ID is expired and we cannot give you the discount. He kinda chuckled and said so my time served doesn't matter. Her reply was "It is
