Worst place ever!! I hate writing bad reviews about local businesses, but stay far far away from their car wash. This is the first time I have ever used their car wash and it ripped my antenna cover off. They got the cover out of the car wash. I asked them about claims and was told to go see the manager. I walked over to him and his response was “it looks like it was previously broken and it’s scuffed” (umm yeh it’s scuffed because it was ripped off and blown on the floor), I said “look at my car do you think I would try to scam you out of a couple hundred bucks?” He then proceeded to tell me “ it’s an inferior part from Gm and we have had issues before and we will superglue it for you or how about taping it?” That’s not the right answer, If this is a known issue put up a sign! Needless to say I just ordered $150 part and I now I have to have it painted. I get it stuff happens at least split it with me I am not unreasonable, my car has 22,000 miles on it, I should’ve used the newer touchless wash like I always have with no issues! if I could give them zero stars I would. If they damage your car, they are not gonna help you nor are they willing to stand behind their establishment. This is the worst customer service I ever experienced in my life. I work for General Motors as well as I am a veteran and will let everybody know this is the type of treatment you will get at this establishment.

For starters, I was greeted immediately by a service advisor, was in and out in no time and I paid $83 for an oil change on my 2017 Tacoma whereas every oil change prior was well over $100! Great overall experience.

If you value your vehicle, don't take it here. Went in for a simple inspection and asked if they limit the torque on the air gun with a torque stick and was assured the lugs were put on with a 100ftlb limit. (Vehicle's spec) Well, they lie, and weren't they more like 235ftlbs. Thanks for stretching my lugs on a brand new hub. Learn what a torque wrench is. I will never go back here.

These guys do a great job washing and then hand towel drying afterwards, great service, just don't forget to tip these guys for their hard work! They all deserve it! My car honestly looks better coming out of this car wash then Delta Sonic. Transit Road Car Wash is the place to go Lockport. They have monthly car wash fee where you can go to the car wash as many times as you want in that month. It is a monthly service They offer. The owner Tim is agreat guy very nice and helpful!

I've taken my truck here before and had really good experience getting an inpection, this time however I was treated really badly by the manager or owner, first time I met him. He was really short and rude with me the whole time. Took my car in for an inspection, it has rare wheels and tuner lock lug nuts on it with only one socket removal tool. I simply asked if instead of using the air impact gun to remove and reinstall the lug nuts if they could do it by breaker bar and use a torque wrench to torque it to the proper spec when they put it back on, since I didn't want the lock tool to be broken and that's the proper way to reinstall lug nuts, not with an air impact gun for these tuner lug nuts... Well the owner or manager didn't care for that told me he'd drop the car on the ground off the lift and roll it out of the shop, told me he didn't have time for this, and said he gets enough business as It is so he didn't care if I got the inspection or not or if I came back or not. They actually charged me labor to take the wheel off for an inspection, I had to pay them to do the right thing that they should have done in the first place. New York state law states for vehicle inspection they can only charge $21 if no repairs are done, this includes removing the wheel to inspect the brake pads. So this was plain and simple highway robbery. Definitely going to the better Business bureau about this and letting New York State know. The techs were great to work with, management not so much, I wouldn't give these folks your business, unless you like getting treated terribly. Definitely not coming back.

Must’ve been beginners luck. Took my work truck back in for an oil changed and after getting the vehicle I noticed a leak right away. Didn’t think too much of it, thought it was just moisture from my ac. Three hours goes by and it’s still leaking. Went to check what it was and discovered that my washer fluid reservoir has been busted. Thank god it was not my personal vehicle. Won’t be coming back here.
