Went into buy five items took me 40 minutes to find them… worst shopping experience of my life, good luck finding a worker that actually works for tops! Won’t go to this store again I’ll go to Walmart instead or the store on Chestnut Ridge… keep moving things around and angering your customers and no one will want to shop in your new dark dungeon!
Tops sent me a survey; they apparently care more about who I’m voting for than what I care about their lousy new store!
I’m voting for Trump just so ya know… I will never vote for a cackling idiot from the left!

Clean store,friendly staff,little confusing with the changes but everythings totally fine.just seen an 8 yr old put gift cards in his pocket by customer service at 145 pm on aug 28.dont wanna overstep my boundaries but its sad to see

Terrible corporate decisions. They took down the portrait of Paul Perna?? Really? Wow, pretty low of you, Tops Corporate. Also, thanks for removing the Tim's we all liked. Super great decision, I'm sure you've greatly improved customer experience. And the split aisles- because that wasn't well loved either.
I'm not surprised though, after working at a Tops corporate location I'm sure you have more stupid decisions to annoy the people of Lockport with.

I pass by the Amherst Tops on way home , but I find that the Lockport Tops has more of a variety , staff willing to help you. Unfortunately they have now sold to corporate and reconfiguring the store. You now must go the entire length of an aisle which is the length of the store to buy one item.
If you are handicapped, have difficulty walking, this is not for you. Unfortunately corporate doesn't care about its demographics of the population who shop at their stores. You will get your 10,000 steps in and allow for extra time because you just can't pop in and out anymore.

I get my meds from tops. I’m disappointed that they’re not delivering the meds anymore. I can’t afford to go to tops several times a month to get my meds so idk what I’m going to do now.

Went through the self checkout...the middle register..the first and third ones were being used. A employee was at the first one, with her cart taking up room where I was supposed to stand. Turns around, looks at me and continues. I found it very rude. I don't care if she is an employee or not...common courtesy..you move. Disappointed ?

This is an awful store with 4-8 CsL’s standing there while all the cashiers bag. I feel that it would be a smoother experience if they helped their associates. The self checkout don’t work for anything. The staff for the most part are friendly. The store is also clean.

I love TOPS.. If you know your prices, they have some excellent sales and regular prices are a Lil pricey but everywhere is pricey, pick and choose your battles..lol

When you grab prepackaged bulk rolls and get home to fine one had something red on it. Is it someone's blood? Is Is sauce? What is it. Disgusting. In the garbage and their prices are outrageous compared to Walmart.
