Bob took care of my truck ASAP after the starter died and I couldn't get it going. Called at 8 am and he had it towed and back running later that day. Much appreciated speed and worry free service.

I have been taking my car to South Niagara for a few years. But they have done the unforgivable. My wife took the car in for an inspection and it failed; no big deal. It needed brakes, a ball joint, and the tires were right at the limit. Considering the car now had almost 80k I ordered new front brakes, calipers, and rotors. I went to install the parts and that's when it began. I was able to remove 4 of the 5 lug nuts by hand, and by hand, I mean with nothing but a socket and my hand, I didn't even need a rachet! The fifth came off without a single impact from the air gun, it spun right off. I was upset, but I figured everyone makes mistakes, and luckily, nothing happened. I took the car back for reinspection and to have the new front tires put on. After cashing out, I just felt I had to at least tell the shop owner what happened. I wasn't mad but it did bother me that it happened because my wife drives my 6yo daughter around in that vehicle. I expected an apology and for them to bring it to the technician's attention, after all, it could have been a serious situation. Well, this was not what happened. The owner first told me they do not remove a wheel during an inspection. Unfortunately, this upset me even more because that meant that the vehicle my wife drives my daughter around in was in an unsafe condition for a lot longer than a couple weeks. To top it off the vehicle had only been serviced at South Niagara for at least the prior two years so it was still on them. It also meant they did not perform the inspection to NYS standards which require that at least 1 front wheel be removed during an NYS Inspection. I brought both these points to their attention and the owner had the technician who inspected the vehicle come up front and tell me that they do need to remove a wheel for the inspection. I pulled up the New York State Inspection guidelines stating the requirement and they would not read them and continued to deny that a wheel needed to be removed for NYS Inspection. I was livid and upset. Not only did they put my daughter's life in danger they would not even recognize what was written in NYS inspection law and tried to deny the whole thing.Service: Vehicle Inspection

This shop is awesome. I was stuck away from home and they took me in right away. Found the problem really fast and started to work. They could not find anywhere local that had my part in stock so instead of me being stuck the re e all day they sent one of there guys to pick up the part needed. That is awesome service that you just don't find much of any more.. if you need your car worked on I highly recommend bringing your car here.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Everyone at S. Niagara Repair is very professional and friendly. They really know their stuff and have very affordable prices. Because they are privately owned it's far more personable than commercial repair shops where you're just another number. They have fixed a myriad of problems that my car has had over the years and I've never had an issue. I definitely recommend them.

I started doing business here a few years ago beginning with an oil change and state inspection. I immediately became comfortable bringing my Jeep Grand Cherokee here for all my needs. Roy, the owner, and Bob are great to deal with. I often recommend South Niagara Auto Repair to family and friends whenever the subject comes up. South Niagara is my auto repair place.Paul P.
