Safelite replaced my driver doorglass but incompetently pulled a wiring harness off its clip inside the door and broke a wire when the window rolled down for which I had to make a dealer warranty claim to fix.Service had to replace the wiring harness that goes from the car into the door.I would not recommend using this location and would give them less than zero if I could.

Place is a joke $1000 for a window it pops and sounds like it’s going to crack.When I got the number to Lockport store Renee would not give me the Corporate number and then hung up on me. Great customer service.Go to anywhere else do not waste your time and money. Don’t keep these guys employed.

People at store are fine. Don’t ever try to get in touch with them though. The phone system is impossible to speak to a human. It’s all online. If you don’t fit into their 3 choices on the menu you get ZERO help. Stupidest thing ever.

Technician Jeff couldn't replace my windshield in an open garage bay because there was a slight drizzle outside. Offered garage canopy anything he needed and he persisted to make excuses why he couldn't do it and then wanted to give me attitude. I wasted a whole day for nothing. Very very poor service. Told me he's worked for 15 years and I don't know what I'm talking about because he can't do a windshield in an empty dry garage.Edit not even 5 min after he left and only 2 min after this post nothing but sun and warm skies

I had applied for their position and I was declined numerous times after applying for their glass installer position. No reason not to turn me down and they say no to my application over and over again.I gave them a resume that fit that position like a glove. I had even given them a name of someone I know that works there and they still said no. Very unprofessional sending this to me saying no with a do not reply email, didn’t even giving me a reason why they said no. No contact information provided either

I went in to get a new windshield replaced that my insurance approved as the calibration was not done correctly… the windshield also had black marks that were extremely hard to remove after several car washes and the staff was so rude. they made me feel like I didn’t know what I was talking about and then refused to change my windshield saying that there is dents in the windshield I had on and that they can’t replace it and I would have to call my insurance company. I do not recommend going to this place at all! They are rude and need to learn some customer service. I promise you it will be worth the drive to go somewhere else.

Got a stone hit on my windshield on a trip to Niagara Falls, luckily they were able to fill the star cracks. I was done in 30 minutes.

I just tried to call to ask a question, but apparently it is impossible to speak to a human. I would like to know why you used an entire quarter tank of gas on my husband's car in an attempt to recalibrate the camera in the rain, to which you were unsuccessful. If it wasn't working, why keep trying? And if you knew it wasn't going to work in the rain, why attempt at all? He will now have to return for a THIRD time to get his windshield fixed, using even more gas. We are on a tight budget and gas is expensive, so will you be reimbursing us for the gas you wasted?

My appointment was scheduled for 10am on Sunday, March 18th at the Camp Road, Hamburg, NY location. I received an appointment confirmation via phone call, email, and text. When I arrived at my appointment the shop was closed and the sign on the door said they are closed on Sundays. It is impossible to get an actual person on the phone for Safelite (even when I called Monday morning during regular business hours) to discuss the matter. I called every phone number I could find on Google in hopes of speaking to an actual human. That was a fail. I had to do several "online chats" to attempt to resolve this issue because the representative on Safelite's side would disconnect the chat. This has be incredibly frustrating and I will never take my vehicles to safelite again!
