Make sure you call before you go to pick up your script to double check that it's there and ready... oh wait they never answer their phone. Don't make a suggestion if you can't follow through on your part.

hands down the single worst rite aid in the area every single time you go in there it's always something you think you're going to be 5 maybe 7 minutes think again and buckle up cuz you're at least sitting there for 20 to 25 every single time

They never know what their doing. The scripts are never ready or available to fill on time or fully and on top of that the pharmacist is really rude and so is most the staff. I’ve been getting my scripts there for 6 years, and every month without fail there is ALWAYS a problem.

i make it a point to go to this Rite Aid in Lockport, NY because the pharmacist and staff in the pharmacy are great. Prescriptions are filled promptly, covid and flu shots too. Very personable. Would recommend. As an aside, I am greeted with a smile when I come into the store.

Kate, Kelly, and two other associates had me laughing so hard at check out, I forgot I was in a store spending money. Very kind, helpful staff members. I feel lucky to live so close to such a great store.

I love this place. It's 2 blocks from my house. And the staff is wonderful... There always so helpful, and there's never to much of a wait, it's very safe and clean... And the pharmacist are on point ... I won't say there names, but if you use this one you know what I mean. They are stand up people there!This will bey pharmacy for a long time to come!

It was good. They made sure people do not get too close to each other and when I asked for assistance immediately one of the staff came to help. Wish prices were little lower, but still a place worth a visit.
