Dr. Lewis is amazing!! The staff is amazing!! I've been taking my animals there for over 20 years. They are always very friendly and accommodating! My doberman is a bit anti-social .. but when he goes there he is great! I think that says alot about a vet and their staff. In my opinion, they treat their animal patients like they were their own!! Highly recommend!!

Unlike my last experience I took my 19 yr old Max to this vet. Per the vet" he is in great shape, strong willed and a very pink tongue". Perfect for surgery on his leg. The first picture is him before the visit and the next 2 are what I got back. In my follow up call after I got him home, I was told the oxygen tube had a leak so they stopped the surgery and the Doc stated "they did nothing wrong". Shaved his whole face, did not even look like my dog, half dead and kept crying out. The next time you botch the job, be more humane and put the animal down. Don't make the animal and family suffer like this. I had to then drive Max to the other side of town to a prior vet to have him put down. The new vet took one look at him as she walked in the door and said he is dying". You did nothing wrong??? You and your staff need to get on the same page with your stories because each of the 3 contact had very different things to say and by the way Doc my dog was not talking he was in pain and dying. I knew the day would come for Max to die, but as you stated he was in great shape coming (strong and pink tongue) in and did not deserve to leave this world like you left him. Your staff could not give him back to me fast enough and get me out of your office. Such a very sad and upsetting week to watch my most loved Max suffer like this.

Dr Lewis is a great vet. Genuine and caring. They will not talk you into tests and procedures that are not necessary. Reasonably priced too. If your looking for a place that is knowledgeable, professional and really cares about you and your pet, this is the place.

Hands down the best vet clinic I have ever experienced. Dr. Lewis is a wonderful, compassionate man that will treat your animal like his own. There are no words to describe how amazing his entire staff is. They are knowledgable, patient, responsive and equally compassionate. I concur with the previous reviewer, I wish I found them sooner.

Dr Lewis and his staff are the kindest, most compassionate people I have come across in a very long time. They provide a personal touch that is so rare. They treat your animals and you with respect and are very knowledgeable. My only regret is that I took so long to find them. I cannot say enough about each of them.

The first appointment I had went fine enough but they literally no call-no showed my second appointment. I showed up at my scheduled time to find a note taped to the door saying they were closed for several days. Nobody bothered to call me beforehand and nobody called me when they were supposedly back in office. ?

The only vet we trust. Dr. Lewis has always been honest with us and recommending we do not due certain surgeries that other vets told us we needed to or put our cat down. He was able to reset our cats hip and he made a full recovery and has been going strong for 10yrs now. The other vets wanted 7500 for the surgery, Dr Lewis was 250 for the 2 day stay. He has cared for multiple cats and dogs and we couldn't have been happier.

While visiting my in-laws over Thanksgiving our dog Archie became ill. We called Randleigh Animal Hospital at 3:00 PM on Wednesday before the holiday and they saw us immediately even though we are not a current customer. Dr. Lewis and team were fantastic. The local pet owners in the Lockport area are lucky to have such a wonderful team to help out their pets.

As a business owner myself I like to give the benefit of the doubt but my experience here was absolutely terrible. I brought my two male dogs(German Shepherd and Daschund) in for their first visit, intending to get their *required only* shots to proceed with getting them both neutered in the future. When I arrived I was not greeted in a professional way. One of the girls opened the back door and just said she'll be with me and proceeded to shut it. I should have left at that moment. The building is ran down and outdated, with random stuff everywhere. Very crowded with clutter and in no way professional looking. The girl who had blue in her hair was very nice and professional, she did a great job completing paperwork and payment with me.The other girl (sorry I did not catch names) was very unprofessional. As I was waiting for her to do her job she was in the back talking to the doctor about "her annoying him", with the door open so I could hear it. Then she was filling out files for both dogs and kept asking me irrelevant questions like where I work, repeatedly kept asking me where my dogs came from and when I got them and I couldn't provide exact answers. I don't even understand why it matters where the dog originally came from. Then the doctor comes in, Dr. Lewis, I believe. He seemed ok at first, he wanted to try and get my dogs to become comfortable with him. But then he kept grabbing my hand and kept repeatedly trying to touch my arm and this was very disturbing. Then he wanted to talk about irrelevant things to my visit. My dogs came in for 2 shots each and it took almost a total hour to do this. I've never spent this much time at a vet's office. They kept persisting on offering different services at this visit even though I expressed MULTIPLE TIMES I only wanted what was required to proceed with surgery. After their shots, I went out front to get estimates for their surgeries. As I was going out front, the staff recommended I leave the dogs in the back to get more "acclimated" with the doctor. The doctor and assistant then brought the dogs out. Mind you, I brought my Shepherd in wearing a harness to control him. The doctor brings my dog out WITH HIS LEASH WRAPPED AROUND HIS NECK, saying he doesn't recommended harnesses. He didn't even hook the leash up to my dog's collar, he wrapped his leash around his neck. I was completely appalled. I didn't even bother scheduling the surgery.I've had pets all my life and taken them to various vets, I've never had such a horrible experience. I normally take my dogs to Dr Shane in Wright's Corners but they aren't accepting new clients at this time. Avoid this place if you don't like getting touched by old creepy men and wasting your time. There's a reason this place can always get you in right away, and I should have taken that as my sign

Our golden retriever (Harley)had a tumor the size of a football on his side he could no longer jump on the couch he would bark for you to have move the coffee table so he could get around it or try to get up on the couch Dr. Lewis removed it . It healed perfectly and within three weeks Harley was jumping up on the couch playing like he hasn’t played in years and eight months later we had three more tumors removed that were bothering him they healed nicely and he is playing and walking and jumping around he is 12 years old . He loves going to see Dr Lewis And his wonderful staff.Thank you Dr. Lewis ❤️??

Our dog was sick and we called around to a few places. Some places wouldn't see him for almost a week and the 24 hour emergency vets would give us only a price to walk through the door. We called Randleigh and they showed concern and asked questions about what was wrong anD told us to bring him in right away. They were compassionate and amazing. They followed up with us the days after to see how he was doing. They were great and he's doing better. We plan to make them our new vet. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. Thank you Randleigh!
