Took my car there mistakenly last Spring after a horrible accident. I first blame the insurance company for not totaling the car considering the damage. I second blame PPR Auto for the lack of work they did and the shortcuts performed. As PPR didn’t connect everything correctly, the transmission blew and then had to be replaced entirely by a different shop (insurance company’s request.) Still a year later we are finding issues with the car that should have been addressed and weren’t.

I came here to get an estimate on my car after having an accident today. The woman who took my estimate was very helpful and very kind. She made me feel like we have known each other for a long time and that she genuinely cared about my car and me. I would recommend them to anybody who needs help with her car. Even just for an estimate.

Have been going to PPR for years. Outstanding work and backs up service until fixed. Highly recommended and trustworthy.

Not a good experience at all. Was treated rudely and car wasn’t fixed properly. Tried to communicate with owner and phone calls were ignored. One star is not deserved.

Had my engine light come on after buying car from another rip off auto financer..(Nickel City) PPR tells me it's just a loose gas cap. Clearly it's not a loose gas cap!! It comes up thermostat issue when I had auto zone run the code. He also inspects cars for Nickel City. Car never should have passed inspection. Both places scammers working hand in hand. Gives you no work order I doubt he did anything to my car, he was supposed to change thermostat,,he said though .he 's not working a 4 hour. job for nothing even though he's the one that supposidly put a faulty part on my car to begin with.. Nickel City doesn't want to pay him again,,oh well not my problem yet both giving me the run around when I'm supposed to have it covered under warranty. Bunch of lying Aholes.

This shop is a rip off charges for jobs he doesnt do or does very poorly. Has a very negative additude. I don't recommend having any work done there.
