Penske had accidentally cancelled my reservation and the home Depot employees were rude. Wouldn't help me, wouldn't call penske I had to call them at the register. Then when I got it set back up the home Depot workers couldn't find a truck had to call penske they waited on hold for 20 minutes, then the truck Penske told them to give me had check engine light and other issues, and the workers have acted like they have never rented before took five people to figure this out so frustrating. I will never rent again from them. Ever!!
