Lockport NY location I brought my car in with a flat tire. The tech took a look and said it’ll be $1000 for four tires and an alignment. And I don’t have any of your sized tires so it’ll be like a five hour wait. I looked at him and said how about you just put my spare on the flat tire and I’ll be on my way. He did, then charged me $43 to put that spare on. He put my blown tire still on the rim in the back of my car, then told me my back tire is flat because it has a nail in it, and pulled my car around. He could have at least put some air in my back tire, I had to limp it to the closest gas station to put air in it. Then all the way home I heard a clunking noise, got out of my car looked underneath, he never closed the brackets from where my spare tire was!! I think he did that on purpose because I wasn’t a dumb woman he could take advantage of. He had a bad attitude when I told him to just use my spare. On a good note I took my car to the Monroe on Niagara Falls Blvd and they closed the brackets for me, for free! They made up for the horrible service at the Lockport location!

Brought my 2015 Wrangler manual transmission into these guys to look over some steering suspension and alignment. They took me in on a Saturday and had everything done within a couple of hours. Nice and easy, good service. Will absolutely come back.

Extremely poor customer relations, do not go there. 3-16-2023 Update, contacted their Corporate Office they were going to contact me to resolve this issue, but after the initial call to them no further communication since December 2023. Either they are ignoring me or I'm in line to be contacted from previous complaints which doesn't sit well for you going there..I managed a Broad Elm store and was the Operations Manager for the Autotune Centers of WNY in the 80's, our main goal was THE Customer, we went out of our way to bring back repeat business, that seems to NOT be the case anymore. The reason that Car repair shops get/have a bad rep, start in places like this. Greed has really changed this industry. It's sad
