Workmanship seems ok but the price for replacing the tire sensor was STAGGERING. I found that DUNN Tire would have been much cheaper.

I gave three stars because it's not my Smith Buick's fault it's GM's fault for taking so long on the parts because my vehicle got an auto accident and then once the parts arrived it was fixed and cleared I got a call from Todd I believe the collision shop manager and he said my vehicle's already I went and picked it up on Saturday last week and once I took it off the lot I drove it right back into the lot because the check engine light came on and the engine went in safe mode low power mode and one of the mechanics put the tester on it and said it was a turbo sensor they were very nice they let me a shop loaner car because of the issue it could be related to the accident they didn't maybe dig deeper or it could be a factory warranty it's a brand new car 2024 Buick Encore GX one of the other it's either needs to look in further from the auto body shop or the mechanics to find out what the issue is and they were all very excellent that's why I didn't give it zero Stars I gave it a middle because I waited for my car since July 24th and I had picked it up a week ago which would have been September 14th the mechanic plugged it in the indicator came off because I shut the car off and turned it back on he told me to drive it around if it does it again to come back and they will straighten it out it came out again they're really nice about it they wrote up the invoice along with my free oil change that I was guaranteed cuz it's a new car and I'm guaranteed one oil change free plus tire rotation for the first year and they said they will let me know on Tuesday what's going on I didn't hear nothing from Tuesday so I gave them a call and they said nobody was in the shop so they said Thursday they will let me know I didn't hear nothing so I decided to drive up Friday September 20th and the gentleman that covers for Todd on Saturdays said that there's no mechanics here to look at it and they're still trying to find a reason what's wrong with it and he stated that he'll let me know next week probably Tuesday sometime I'm not too worried I have the loaner car it's the same car as mine I just want to know how long it's going to take it's already been 2 months in the shop pretty much.

While I understand staffing issues and the fact other cars ahead of me didn't free up lifts or mechanics to start my repair on the day I had an appointment, I now have to set up a return visit to complete the original work. Looking forward to the next visit being completed on schedule.

Excellent customer service from Vanessa in service! She was very nice, helpful, and everything got fixed and she followed up with me as she said she would. Very happy with the service and of course happy to have my vehicle fixed and back in a timely manner!!!

Where did the review I wrote a couple hours ago disappear to? I was 600 miles from home when I brought my 2003 GMC Yukon Denali in at 1:00 PM on Monday, July 29th. I knew the front differential that was on its way out, making the vehicle unsafe to drive. I rented a hotel room before finding a dealership to take my truck to because I KNEW the part was going to have to be ordered before it could be fixed and I needed a home base. Luckily, this dealership just happened to be walking distance from our hotel. Vanessa, who checked me in at the service department told me “they had just had their floors redone and were extremely busy.” I explained to her that I was 600 miles from home and needed to know what was going on with my truck ASAP because I NEEDED to know IF I should rent the hotel room for a COUPLE more days, or if I should rent a car to get home and just plan on leaving my truck with them for a week or 2. She told me that if I left my truck with them tonight, that she’d try to squeeze in getting it looked at in the morning. Since I DO understand about mechanics being busy, I waited until noon on Tuesday to call and see if they looked at my truck. The gentleman who answered the phone told me “your truck is NOT at our dealership.” He put me on hold to double check and AGAIN told me my truck wasn’t there. I told my 18 yo daughter that we had to walk over there. Before we got out of the hotel lobby, Vanessa called to assure me that my truck WAS indeed at their dealership and that “they weren’t done looking at it.” At that time I reiterated that I was having to extend my hotel stay and URGENTLY needed to know what was going on with my truck so I knew how to proceed. She assured me that she’d talk with the mechanic and get back to me before the end of the day. I called back AGAIN at 3:00 to see if they’d diagnosed the issue yet. Vanessa told me “we’re open until 7:00” and assured me that she would get back to me personally before the end of the day. Imagine my shock when I walked over there at 5:00 to check on things only to be told that Vanessa was gone for the day, my truck hadn’t moved “all day” from its parking spot, therefore STILL hadn’t been looked at. I demanded the shop manager’s information and informed them that I would be sitting in their waiting room from opening Wednesday morning until SOMEONE looked at my truck! Long story short, I got a call 15 minutes after opening Wed morning telling me that it WAS the front differential that needs replacing and the part would be in on Friday. With my truck NOT being worked on until Monday. They did NOT have a loaner car for me. So, I ended up having to pay for 8 days in a hotel, for a rental car for 4 days, and the truck repair. $4,170 out of pocket because they couldn’t bother to spend 10 minutes hooking it up to a diagnostic machine in the first 2 days they had it.

Bought a 24 Terrain and salesman was wonderful. Little worried about the service department though. While waiting to pay I observed a woman come out and tell someone they had gotten the wrong tires for his vehicle. When he said he would bring it back he was told they already had removed his old tires and asked if he needed a way home. First off the tech should never remove the tires without looking at the replacements and comparing them. Second, Dunn tire is right across the street. Service manager should have gotten them there and put them on. Customer service was obviously not a priority.

My wife's 2020 Chevy Blazer had a broken driver side outside mirror assembly. I knew that the replacement mirror had to be disassembled and painted prior to reassembly & installation, so I came to Mike Smith for an estimate. Zach provided the estimate while I waited, and after I approved it, he ordered the replacement.There is only one reason I came to Mike Smith; and that is that Todd Case runs the best paint & body shop in Western New York. The replacement mirror looks better than new, and the paint job is immaculate. Thanks Mike Smith.

I never really write reviews actually this is probably the first one in about 3 years. But my experience at Mike Smith Buick was absolutely outstanding, First Class to say the least. I just picked up my suv yesterday. I worked with the salesman named Phil and all I have to say about the dealership my experience with Phil and all of the staff at Mike Smith was outstanding. The process was easy quick and straight to the point I couldn't ask for any more I really want to think Phil and everyone else that was involved and helping me purchase my car. I went in there with a lot of baggage and it was literally no sweat for them thanks again to everyone at Mike Smith I love my new and Envista. And a little side note I spoke to 3 other dealership and all told me no and I was crazy. I walked into Mike Smith and they said yes you got it!!!!!
