Speaking to a sales person I was told that they have banks that work with all credit types as my wife wanted to work on her credit due to a repo from almost 5yrs ago. They said “there’s no reason for in house financing as they have banks for everyone” The ONLY bank they use for a person with a repo is Credit One which happened to be who the repo was from. Went to another dealership 2 days later and bought a vehicle 6yrs newer with literally 100,000 miles less.

Had an appointment to look at a truck at noon driving almost 2 hours to see it, the truck was on a test drive when we arrived to look at it and ended up selling when the test drive was over… terrible way to do business would never recommend

Sal, Kim, and Roman were professional, friendly, and accommodating. Sal gave me a great price on a well maintained SUV, and happily agreed to some touch ups I requested. He was transparent about pricing and services. Kim was communicative about my paperwork and insurance. Roman helped me get acclimated to the new car controls and amenities. After shopping around at many dealerships, Master Motors of Buffalo was professional, polite, and not pushy like other salesman. I had a very easy and quick car buying experience :)

Saul my salesman is a great person. He honored my 30-day lemon law with a problem on the van I bought from him 60 days past my purchase date he truly helped me out. Thank you Saul and Kim, when I need another vehicle in 10 years I'll go back to master motors.

Bought a 14 explorer from master motors and could not be happier with my experience dealing with them. I got the car (obviously used and didnt expect a brand new car) and noticed a slight humming in the rear which being a mechanic myself knew it was the wheel bearing. I called and told them and they had me take it their shop and it was fixed and back to me in less than 24 hours. They gave me a warranty even though they didnt have to. Which that covered the bearing and the shop. Super great people and they stand behind their cars. I would 10/10 reccomend buying a car here and they have some of the best prices in the area! Thank you sal, kim and roman for the amazing buying experience i couldnt be happier! And glad i picked master motors for my car!!!

Example A of how unprofessional you are. You did spark plugs on my Nissan. Whoop di do. The job you did on the Honda is still unsatisfactory and most definitely unsafe. We will be sure to steer clear of your services in the future. You've wasted not only my time but my girlfriends and her mom's as we have tried to contact you since the week of you "completing" the Honda job. Should I post screen shots of that? This dealer was absolutely amazing. I am in love with my Buick!! I have had such a difficult time searching for a used car with low mileage at an affordable rate. Kim was so wonderful & kind! I didn’t feel hounded or pressured into getting the vehicle that I wanted. I found my Buick on their website, went to take a look on Monday & I had the car by Friday! Kim kept in touch with me daily and helped get me the best rate on my loan! The owner Sal was great as well. He purchased the old vehicle i so desperately needed to get rid of. Told me there was a 90 day warranty & first oil change is free! Thank you both for such a great experience!

Over the summer my father and I were looking for a car for my daughter with low mileage at a fair price for her to have something reliable to get to and from collage and work. Sal had a Pontiac G6 with low mileage at a price that no other dealer could beat.its been a few months now and the car runs beautifully.
