Every time I go in here for an oil change, the customer service is impeccable. You can't get better people working on your automobile. An oil change in and out for an hour. Just over 100 bucks. Can't go wrong

My husband has taken our brand new Fords, our Classic '72 Ford Maverick and our daughter's BMW here and couldn't be happier. Always professional, friendly, efficient and honest! New to the area a couple years ago and thrilled to find them.

This place is only open in spirit after 5pm… stopped in and despite being the only customer they were « all done » for the night. This place will also go ham on your lug nuts just so they can replace them for a rediculous price. Check your receipts , ask for the old parts, and do research on all proposed repairs.Services: Tires

Like every other west herr location, customer experiences vary day to day. West Herr continues to grow beyond itself and it's branding by putting their own conveniences above their customers, marking up services, not honoring commitments, and utilizing questionable ethics. This did not happen 20 years ago.

Oh my goodness where do I start??Unbeknownst to me I just found out that my inspection and registration was past due today! ????And my husband told me to go to Quick Lane on South Transit Rd.. (meanwhile I already called about 20 places that didn’t have any openings) So I called & spoke with the Service Manager Tom & he said yes they could do it today!! I almost started crying! So I got there and he helped me out right away! Victoria also who works there, she helped me with my registration as well!! WOW! Talk about amazing customer service!! She was absolutely amazing. They were both friendly, courteous, & awesome !! I am also in Sales/Customer Service and that’s how I treat my clients just like they’re the only ones!! I will definitely go here from now!! This place is absolutely amazing!!I wish there was a higher mark then five stars, they deserve even more!!!!Kudos to Tom & Victoria! You both ROCK!!Cordially,Lori A Follendorf

Do Not go here! I bought tires here and need a tire balance. They did a 18 point inspection without telling me..BTW I watched the guy was under my truck for less then 15 minutes. Had to help someone else. Charged me for this inspection.. told me my rear axel was leaking No! The so called inspection missed my emergency break which has missing backing plates..I know they are on order. How can they even charge for bad info. I will never spend another penny with them..ugh..dirty practices and poor technicians...

When I got there I was the only vehicle in the shop. 2 hrs later my oil change was done. I get that it's not a 20min type deal with tire rotation but it was pretty damn slow.
