Paul and his Office / Estimator Krystal are great! I’ve done business with them for almost a year now. I was unfortunately a Hit and Run target while out to dinner with my 6-yo old Son. I knew right away I should give Paul a call! Not only did they do a wonderful job on the body work (literally looks new) they also replaced my front driver side LED Headlight. That headlight replacement was quoted at $1100 to upwards of $2400 across several different mechanic shops. They did it for me for $140 labor and I was able to find the part with their assistance for $400! Incredible job, incredible people and incredible team!

I recently had the pleasure of bringing my truck to Image Collision in Lockport, NY, and I am beyond impressed with the service I received. My vehicle had suffered some noticeable swirl marks on the hood, caused by a car wash brush. These imperfections were a constant eyesore, and I was concerned about whether they could be fully corrected.
From the moment I walked in, the experience was seamless. Krystal at the front desk was professional, friendly, and efficient, ensuring that all of my concerns were addressed promptly. She walked me through the process and kept me informed throughout, which made me feel confident that my truck was in good hands.
The technician, Shane, worked wonders on my vehicle. When I picked it up, the hood looked as good as new—completely free of any swirl marks. The level of craftsmanship and attention to detail Shane demonstrated was exceptional.

I was greeted by Crystal on my first visit. I found her warm and personable. She was attentive to my needs and was a good listener. Upon my return I met Paul who was very accommodating and expedited the repair. Needless to say I will return if the need arises

The quality of work is great, the people are very friendly and everything about this company is professional! My car went in for some paint work, no collision damage, just a 23 year old car that needed revitalizing. They painted the hood and trunk to to repair sap damage, repaired scratches, then buffed the car. When I took it in, the paint looked worn, dull and had some scratches.
