10/10 service. Not only did they explain every single thing that was wrong with my car, but they took me into the shop to physically show me too! They price was fair and correct based off the problem with the car. All staff working there were kind and welcoming! A great business.

I went in for a bad wheel bearing and they had the parts ordered and my car done within a couple of hours. They did phenomenal work. The woman who helped me was a total sweetheart and she explained everything I needed done with complete honesty. Highly, highly recommend. Probably the only place I'll trust my vehicle to from now on.

Thee best place I have ever dealt with. We had AAA tow my daughters car there because I trust them and wasn’t sure why her car wouldn’t start even with a jumpstart and long story short it was just that she drained the battery by accidentally leaving a light on inside. They checked it all out and didn’t even charge us anything!

If you're ever in Lockport, NY, and need car stuff done, go to Housel's. They are not the stereotypical mechanic. They're super honest, and don't try to trick you into stuff you don't need. Their pricing is extremely fair.Everyone there is really nice too. They make you feel welcome and take the time to explain things, so you're not left confused. It's like visiting friends who know a lot about cars.I can't stress it enough, they're super trustworthy and have saved me from unnecessary repairs and saved me money multiple times. They do their job right and treat everyone with respect. That's pretty rare these days.So, yeah, if your car needs some love, go to Housel's. They're awesome. I always leave feeling good about my car and my wallet. Definitely recommend them!

Ran into a problem with rusted brake lines and fittings on my 2006 Colorado and just couldn’t complete the job myself. I had it towed in the evening before and it was completed within a few hours the next day. All the positive reviews are accurate. Great work and honest fair pricing. I’ll be back !
