I came for an inspection with nothing wrong. They had car for over an hour and then told me i need $300 to fix a light thats broken. Then i can get it inspected. Told them no ill go somewhere else. Took another 30 min to bring my truck back. Went somewhere else and got inspection no problem in less than 30 minutes. Scumbags work here. Do not recommend. Terrible service and took forever just to not do anything.

Mike Porth is a fantastic sales representative. He has helped our family get into a few leases. We recently purchased our leased 2019 Equinox and Mike not only came in on his day off but made the transition so easy to purchase. Greg in finance got us an incredible rate and explained the entire process and our options. I highly recommend Mike and the staff at Heinrich.

I would stay far away from this place. The staff is extremely rude, the service department will be dishonest & mess with your car, giving you more problems than you went there with.

We made the 2.5 hour drive to Heinrich to purchase our 2021 Chevy 2500 Diesel and the experience was way more than I ever anticipated. From the first phone call Tony was committed and did everything that needed to be done so the transaction (including a trade in) could be wrapped up in one visit. There was never any pressure, he came in on his day off because it worked better for us with our crazy schedules. From financing (thanks Chase!) to trade in to our truck - Tony followed through, had great communication and made the process easy! We will certainly make the 2.5hr drive when we are in the market again! Thanks so much Tony!!

If I could give negative stars about this corporation I would ! Starting way at oil change they never performed that I brought my car in for. To the most recent service appointment. They had my car from 8 am till 5pm when I finally called, saying hello? When they finally decided to "look" at my vehicle, then guess on what they thought the problem was and need $600 $800 more to confirm ( turns out it wasn't at all the problem) If they had actually serviced my vehicle at all they would've noticed the j boots were put on incorrectly after a previous service, and just need to be placed on correctly. They would not refund any of my money, or even accept they messed up. The manager Chris has no clue what he's talking about and doesn't let you speak edge wise. Or handle any matter appropriately for proper customer service. Please DO NOT BUY CARS FROM THEM// or HAVE THEM SERVICED HERE! LOCKPORT HEINRICH CHEVROLET IS A BUNCH OF CROOKS!!

Horrible horrible horrible service department! Bought our truck there in January with warranty. There were 5-6 things wrong with it and they only “fixed” two. One was the USB port that didn’t work. They charged us for it and “replaced it” with a brand new one that still doesn’t work! So we paid for work they didn’t fix. The truck pulls to the left when brakes are applied. They said “the brakes are new so it’s fine.” They didn’t even test drive it to look into our concerns because the mileage in and out are the exact same. It’s not worth the hassle. Save yourself the frustration and go somewhere else.

Terrible customer service! I bought a Santa Fe three weeks ago and it turns out they sold it to me with totally damaged rotors, discs and pats. The manager, Chris, was totally uncompromising and in no way wanted to spend even half of the money I invested in the arrangement, which was $ 680.00. They sold me the bus with the knowledge that this was damaged and with the knowledge that this was the only thing that by chance is not covered by the lemon law. It has been a very unpleasant moment I have to give a star in customer service because it does not allow me to give it zero star.

So took my chevy express work van in for a service and a once over bc there was a shake in the wheel and no taillight. Came out of the shop 2 days later costing almost $300 and my light still didn't work..... and the shake was still there. NEVER AGAIN WILL I LET THEM TOUCH ANYTHING. scammers and lack of work ethics. How do you call this a repair shop?

They are very helpful staff... and the first time EVER.. that I've never been pushed or pressured by a Salesman! They gave me room to breathe and think and "sort through it" and even helped deviate me back to my budget when I was leading astray looking at more expensive vehicles. I've NEVER had that experience with Salesmen! Usually they try to sell you more or more expensive. They didn't. And. I really respect that. Melissa
