“An old school, family owned hardware store still run by the original family to my understanding. I feel like there aren't many of these around any more and I'm glad to have Grimble's in Lockport!I had to get two keys made and get some screws for a dresser. The staff was very friendly and was able to give me exactly what I needed. The keys worked perfectly. I have had keys made here before and they were also perfect; I've had to take keys made at Home Depot back for not working properly on more than one occasion. I highly recommend Grimble's for your hardware store needs!”

“Perfect for people that need tools for a reasonable price. I've bought everything from table saws, compound mitre saws, hand tools, angle grinders, pole saws, compressors to gloves and flashlights.I've been going here for years, staff is always friendly and helpful and my wife is always grabbing stuff there and no one has ever treated differently or condescendingly nor have they tried to upsell her. Store is clean and always well stocked but the crazy good deals always go quickly so act fast.”

It's unbelievable to me that someone of that stature in the company would take the time to reach out to one singular customer.
