Want broken or half used things? Shop no further! Never returning here again. I'll drive the extra 20 minutes to go to a different location. Don't know why they don't bother to check items that people return. Can't say how many times I've bought stuff here that's been used and put back on the shelf for somebody else to buy. Just purchased spindle sanding sleeves, opened the package and they've all been used and covered in sawdust except the outside one. Or how they don't bother to check items that the packages have been damaged in shipping. Bought a tabletop planer last year, that I had to return twice because everytime I got the package home and the machine out of the box, the whole thing would be bent, the third one was finally undamaged. Not sure how many hours I've wasted just driving back to the store just replace something so I can actually get stuff accomplished. Do yourselves a favor, don't shop here and save yourself the headache.

Store Manager is on a power trip. Tried to return a $25 item that is 4 days past the 90 day limit. It was never used it was just the wrong size shelf. He sat at the door directing customers to one cash register while he did nothing at first. Then noticed he was dumb for doing it and said he could help me out. Now I have a shelf of no use. Thanks won’t shop there again!

I'd rather drive to the one on niagara falls Blvd then come here employees are rude and the card reader at the registere is so bad my bank called and asked if my card was stole because of the way the transaction was placed because there equipment is broken store is dirty and no one is willing to help you avoid this location
