“Recently special ordered two new trap guns from Johnsons, Carly the owner worked with me to insure that she and I both received a value for the price. Not long after placing the order Johnsons called to tell me both items had arrived. When the staff and I opened the boxes we were surprised that both items came with obvious factory defects. Not surprised in this day and age but the way the issue was handled by both Carly and her staff was first class. They without hesitation contacted their supplier and made arrangements for both to be immediately replaced.
