Currently sitting in front of Grimbles. I called earlier in the week and the gentleman said they open at 9:00. The sign on the door and the website also say 9:00. I arrived at 9:07 and it is currently 9:35 and they are still not open!! called and there is no message that may say different hours. Time to take my business elsewhere.

An old school, family owned hardware store still run by the original family to my understanding. I feel like there aren't many of these around any more and I'm glad to have Grimble's in Lockport!I had to get two keys made and get some screws for a dresser. The staff was very friendly and was able to give me exactly what I needed. The keys worked perfectly. I have had keys made here before and they were also perfect; I've had to take keys made at Home Depot back for not working properly on more than one occasion. I highly recommend Grimble's for your hardware store needs!

I went to get a new doorknob. I always try to shop local and wanted to check this place out. Website says store opens at 8:30. Sign on door say 9. Ok. I can wait 20 minutes for the store to open. I left around 9:10 and the store was still not open. I guess they have enough business and can keep irregular hours.

Great store ! Great feel ! Owner is awesome . Screen repairs are the best here and I try to buy everything I can from this store ! I drive here from North Tonawanda because we love this store . Thank you for being one of a kind

Would not recommend. Do not shop here. The owner is racist and works to keep “blacks” out of his store and out of other establishments.
