Lots of stuff but prices too high. I only looked at clothing which is $6 and up for adult clothing even for basic t-shirts. What was really annoying was that a lot of items that should have been $6 were marked up to $10 and they were very basic items that I could have purchased off the clearance rack at another store or one of the many other retailers in WNY new for less money or brand new for the same price. Goodwill used to price all items of the same category the same price (aka Men's short sleeve shirts for $6 each) but now they are marking up select items and those marked up items are nothing special.

They charge top dollar for donated goods. It’s supposed to be a thrift store, not a Walmart. The woman that runs that place is very ignorant and rude.

People helping are so courteous & quick for efficient, organized drop-off with receipts ready to be handed to you….makes me feel great that someone may buy what we can’t use any more!

I have shopped there I find the prices reasonable, unlike box stores, the place is nice people are friendly the clothing is clean and decent I will shop there again

In my experiences, I find goodwill to be haphazardly piled with stuff to sift through and incredibly disorganized.THIS store is very organized! Not cluttered. Appears to be geared more toward clothing (which is fine also). Large selection of women's and children's apparel. Smaller selection for men. Found a few DVDs also. Staff could be friendlier.

It's okay, but they do put some of those d*** things out to sell. (Like KFC containers or leave $1 price tags from Dollar General on stuff and mark it 3x the amount)

I just have to say that the employees at the Lockport Goodwill are the best! ALWAYS helpful and friendly! Love going to this store!

To all the people complaining about the ridiculous prices at Goodwill... I say you're WRONG! I offer up the following example (see the attached pics) -I saw a portable TV there the other day. It's black and white, has a 5" CRT (Cathode Ray Tube) screen and an analog tuner. $25. All you critics are saying, "What!!?? All TV transmissions are digital! $25 for a TV and I can't even watch TV??" Yes you can! It's just static. Static, AKA white noise, is soothing. Before you knock it, you should try watching it for an hour sometime. And since it's in black & white, you can pretend Ansel Adams created it! But wait! There's more! It's pretty much theft proof. I'm serious. You can leave this sitting on your front porch 24/7 and nobody is going to steal it. Trust me.So stop being so negative!

Excessively greedy for free inventory, nasty used curtains are $7 each here, horrific looking, $5 brand new at Walmart. Come on. Going for record profits. "Good Will" yeah okay...????
