The knowledge they have to help get you reach your goal is second to none! I let myself get out of shape for many years after the service. Then I started to train and after just 2 months I’m running again and see huge improvements in overall strength and endurance versus if I went to some gym and train myself. The equipment is amazing and the atmosphere there is what keeps you going. I’d highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get back in shape or someone who already is and wants a challenge!

Great place to get personalized training!!! This workout is different than anything I've ever done . I feel great everytime I leave there . Tom is fantastic and makes it fun to be working out!!

Pricing is extremely fair for one on one and his classes are a great deal. Whether your a beginner or a fitness expert, Tom has something for you.

Started working out here while our daughter did gymnastics at Flips next door. Now we come here 2 to 3x a week. Get personalized workouts tailored to my wife, my 13 year old son, and myself at a really amazing price. Staff is great and really knowledgable. Will adjust workouts to suit your body type or if you are recovering from an injury. I also appreciate the nutrition and supplement advice they give. Recommend checking them out.

I would recommend Tom Ritz at Dynamic Training Systems to anyone interested in getting fit. He will push you hard, but knows your limits and is very knowledgeable. Of course it takes effort on your part in the gym and once you leave - but I am seeing amazing results with Tom's help. Thanks!!

Tom and Marcus are GREAT! They push and encourage me. Training is TOUGH but lots of fun. The atmosphere is friendly. Tom is very knowledgeable. I was able to continue training even with a sprained ankle with accommodations that he made for me. Best of all, I see results!
