I went into Cricket expecting to get a cheaper phone as my phone screen had broke. Natasha convinced me Apple was the way to go as I rely heavily on a decent camera. She helped me through signing up for a payment plan, and stayed later than close time to make sure I was all set to go and knew what I was doing. 10/10 experience today!

Never had any sort of problem no matter where I've been. On 01/11/2023 thought my phone was hacked but the girl at the Lockport NY store explained what really happens and five minutes later just like new.
