My husband and I were dreading going to a dealership. We didn't want to end up paying more than we needed. We were looking to buy a used car here and worked with Ken. Such a genuine guy and worked with us to get a great deal. He made it so easy for us and had everything put into place for us to drive it home when we made the purchase. They tried to get me to get brand new rotors and brakes to pass inspection. When I voiced that I didn’t believe they were right, the service manager (Joseph) began a screaming match.
I brought my car to another shop and it passed inspection.

Great experience with sales agent James W. who was very pleasant and polite to work with. Very easy and stress free discussion about what I was looking for and coming to an agreement about take home price, financing and my trade in. He took plenty of time to answer all of my questions about a vehicle I was unfamiliar with having never had a VW in the past. I am looking forward to seeing how my Taos handles various trips, road conditions and weather in the years to come and would definitely recommend anyone who is interested in a VW to shop Basil VW for a nice product like and professional experience.

Such a wonderful experience getting my first car here! Got a certificate pre owned 2022 Vw tao SE and I love it. Basil made it such a lovely experience with the friendly workers and the great help with getting me approved for my first car thank you to Ken for being such a huge help and the nicest car salesmen I’ve ever meet he made everything so easy and simple. And the manger Steve was also a wonderful help really looking out for me. Definitely will get my next car from basil. :)

Customer service was great and the video they send you while looking at your vehicle, was pretty darn cool. Car was in and out just as they said it would be. Great place.
