My rv would not start, I called 5 mechanics and no body would help me. So I went to aurozone and spoke with Dakota the store manager, he not only sold me the right part but even put me in touch with a mechanic who installed the part on a Sunday morning and put us back on the road. Dakota saved our entire vacation. I will be a life long auto zone customer because of him

Lockport Auto Zone needs to teach they're employees on having better attitudes toward they're customers. I went today around 3:30pm and there was employees all over and I waited in line 3-5 minutes. No other customers were there when I 1st arrived. There was by the time someone called me up. The guy acted like I was wasting his time on asking for parts that he immediately said they don't have or he couldn't make an effort on offering anything else. I might be a girl and not know as much when it comes to a vehicle but isn't that what they're there for is to help me?? Apparently not today. I left mad and went across street to Advance Auto and they took care of me and took the effort on finding the parts I needed which took 15 minutes! THANK YOU ADVANCE AUTO FOR TAKING THE TIME TO HELP ME OUT!!!

When I came in, there was an employee and the general manager. They were working on another order, but they helped me out right away. I asked about wiper blades for my car and they got me decent priced ones. They were both really nice and put my wipers on my car for me. Definitely will recommend this store to friends and family!

One of the employees, Chris, went above and beyond to help me with a series of problems that kept unfolding as we worked on my car in the parking lot. Extremely helpful to the point of this was service I’ve never experienced from anywhere in my entire life.

Had a problem with my tire going flat, bought a tire inflater from the manager,Pat, very helpful on how to use it. Told me I had reward money coming back for my next visit . Went home to use it, didn't work. Went back when I figured out I needed a fuse, walked in to buy them, Pat saw me, dropped everything and assisted me again getting me the the right amperage and installed the fuse and got me back up running with a full tire Whi does this anymore? Ten stars for Pat, thank you so much!!!

I went in today to get some brake fluid, I got great advice from the older gentleman at the counter. Then I had a problem where I dropped my cap into the car and I couldn’t get it out. Employee Timothy immediately rose to the task and helped me out. We had to maneuver a few things but ultimately we were able to get the cap out and cover the line up. It was sweltering hot in the sun and he was polite and helpful the whole time! He really went above and beyond for me and I appreciate it. I’ve never had a poor experience at this location!

Autozone lost a customer for life, will never enter that store or purchase from that business again. They are inept at the register and "management" plays games thinking they're cute. Its Advanced Auto across the street from here on out.
