So, this happened a little bit ago, I’m late to the game. I went in to get a new phone and was sold an iPhone 12 by the manager (at the time) Nick. Where I was told if I traded in my old iPhone that the iPhone 12 would be paid off with the promotion going on. So, I did that. I never got ANY MONEY for my trade-in phone and proceeded to have $250 bills every single month. I would try to call the store and the manager would CONSTANTLY dodge my calls. “Oh he’s off today” “oh he just left” “he’s on vacation” so I ask ok so who do I speak to if I have a problem and the manager is off to which I was told “you don’t” and the guy hung up on me. I would call ATT directly just to be told they couldn’t fix anything from this specific store. I was given the run around constantly. I tried to get this resolved for over a year. This store and company is ran by snake oil salesman that are just trying to sell you something disingenuously for personal profit. I shouldn’t be surprised when representing a garbage corporation like ATT. WHAT AN AWFUL BUSINESS. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE.

Recently traded my old phone in for the Z flip during the trade in promotion. Before doing anything I specifically asked if there would be any additional fees or charges. I was told no, the only thing I had to pay was sales tax, which I paid. I also specifically asked "so my monthly bill will not increase, correct?" To which they confirmed it would not as it was an even trade. Well we got the bill and it increased to a like over $50?! The lockport location told me then "oh yea the promotion doesn't actually kick in for a few months so you will be charged then credited it all back ". That makes zero sense and is not what i was told. I went to the location in orchard park where my family is based, they said the Lockport location is not actually PART OF AT&T and that promotion didn't actually carry through! What?? In addition, Lockport also charged me insurance on my phone when I specifically stated I didn't want it AND they still gave not sent my old Galaxy back to AT&T after I turned it in a few weeks ago.This is unfortunately the second time they have tricked me and ran off with my money. We are livid to say the least. I'm going into OP on Thursday so hopefully this will be resolved and we will be credited back.

Doug, who helped me in-store, is the only reason I am keeping AT&T as a service. Every part of the online/over the phone ordering and customer service has been absolutely horrendous and I will never use them again. In a handful of minutes, Doug managed to resolve my problem that your call center "experts" couldn't figure out in a week and a half. Give that man a raise, and get more call centers in the U.S.

Went in to buy a usb cable to connect my phone to my car’s apple car play. I was told that they didn’t have any, that I could shop online. I looked around the store and found it myself. Maybe lazy, maybe improperly trained. Phone was ringing the whole time I was there… no one answered it. So I’d guess lazy is the correct assumption.

They will lie to you to get service. Told activation fees will be waived if you call since taking out 4 new lines. Told cancel insurance just before 14 days is up to keep warranty then you won't be charged. LIE! I was still charged. Told Bill will be about $120 each month it is about $170. LIE! Told if things aren't good I'll find a way to erase the cost of the phones. Now told I never said that. LIE! Told great service now that we have new towers. LIE. Biggest mistake I made was going to AT&T

Came into AT&T last month and upgraded two of our phones to the new iPhone 14s and was helped out by Will and his staff everything went so smooth! They also looked over our bill and found us a few ways to save more money! Appreciate the staff at the Lockport AT&T

Austin service was very good. Treated as a valued customer from the time we entered the door. Austin was very professional and the new I Phone 13 purchase was flawless. We wish the set up of voicemail was as wonderful. This is not about Austin rather a problem with the phone that was eventually corrected after 2+ hours with A T & T technical support. I would recommend working with Austin if you have the opportunity.

I would give att mobile a -10 if I could. salesman was not honest about the plan or promotions. He said I had two weeks to try AT&T , and would cost me $160. After two weeks I find out my plan was going to cost me $249. So I cancelled the plan (I can't afford that) it was not a free trial and I have been fighting a collection agency for for two years

Austin was excellent. He was very knowledgeable about promotions and how to keep my bill as low as possible. Highly recommend seeing him when you go to this location also the store smelled wonderful

I was greeted immediately by the manager will he helped to get a new phone save money and always had my best interest never felt like I was being sold he help me make my decision easier not forced me into the top most expensive phone I recommend him to anyone looking to switch to AT&T or just going in to see if your getting the best deals I never thought I would be able to get a new phone and save money huge thank you again!
